Full refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in. Cancel within 14 days and 50 percent of the stay is refunded, up to 48 hours before check-in.
Payment, cancellation, and guest support are handled by Airbnb under its own terms. Discover STR never handles the funds.
Your booking is directly with the owner of La Joya - Hacienda Iguana. The owner handles confirmation, payment, check-in details, taxes, and any refunds. Questions about your stay go to the owner.
